At Poetry Art Waves, we take pride in offering unique, on-demand imprinted products. Due to the custom nature of our items, we encourage our customers to carefully review their choices before making a purchase. Each product is created specifically for you upon order, and therefore, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges based on preference or change of mind

Returns Due to Damage or Error

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We require notification within 15 days of receipt. To facilitate this process, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or a detailed description of the defect.
Incorrect Products: In the rare event that you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please inform us within 15 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
In both cases, we will bear the cost of shipping for the replacement item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our utmost to resolve these issues promptly.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note: Refunds may take some time to be reflected in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@poetarts.com

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@poetarts.com.

Shipping returns

If you need to return a product due to damage or because it does not match what was ordered, please contact us first at info@poetarts.com. We will provide you with the appropriate shipping address and instructions for returning the item.
For returns that are a result of our error (such as damaged or incorrect items), Poetry Art Waves will cover the shipping costs. We strive to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for these cases.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as we do not have a physical storefront and need to provide specific instructions for each return situation.
